About

Two people in training, sharing what they're learning — as honestly as they can.

One of us is studying psychotherapy. The other, nutrition. We built this because a lot of what we were finding was either locked in clinical language or too vague to actually use.

This website is for informational purposes only. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, individualized medical advice, or treatment.

Where this came from

Between us, we're studying psychotherapy and nutrition — two fields that overlap more than most people expect. Both deal with how people function, why patterns repeat, and what actually shifts things.

The more we learned, the more we noticed the same gap: good information, locked behind language that assumes you already know the context, or framed in ways that don't translate to an ordinary Tuesday.

What we're building

Purple Reign Resilience is where we work through what we're learning — and try to make it genuinely usable. Not a clinic, not a course, not a list of tips. A place to think, read, and connect ideas that don't usually sit next to each other.

Neurodivergence, stress, food, routines, energy, relationships — these things affect each other constantly. We write about them that way.

Our approach

  • Breaking down patterns in a way that makes sense
  • Connecting different areas such as mental health, routines, relationships, and nutrition
  • Keeping ideas grounded in real-life situations
  • Sharing a mix of educational content, reflections, and practical ideas

What you'll find here

  • Neurodivergence and self-understanding
  • Stress, burnout, and overwhelm
  • Routines and daily structure
  • Nutrition and well-being
  • Relationships and communication
  • Emotional regulation

Clarity

Information should make sense and be usable.

We don't want ideas to require a glossary. If something can be said plainly without losing accuracy, that's the version we want to write.

Respect

People's experiences are diverse and valid.

There's no single right way to function. We try to write about patterns without prescribing what's normal — because that framing rarely helps anyone.

Thoughtfulness

Say what we know. Be honest about what we don't.

We're not clinicians. We say so. What we can offer is careful, connected thinking — and we'd rather do that well than overreach.

The clearest way to see how we think about these topics is to read the writing. That's what the blog is for.
